SkUMMY LANDLORD WILL HAVE YOU BREATHING MOLD FOR 1,000$ A MONTH Paul sued me for 3k because he wouldn’t fix his moldy apartment building and I wasn’t paying to breathe in mold. Paul wouldn’t answer my phone not for rent or repairs. He had an uncertified mold guy come fix the mold which just made it worse and while I was at court with them Paul DIDNT show up just like he didn’t to initially look at the building before purchasing. Their lawyer yelled at me, Didn’t have paperwork and didn’t have the math added up right for my rent but I guess as long as you can throw money around for unnecessary expenses you can have anything you want.

they don’t respond to any messages after receiving 5-10 over the course of 15 days! and all I’m trying to do is PAY THEM for amenity access that was advertised in the listing i moved into

Stellar Management company does not take care of their building. The trash is everywhere at the front by the sidewalk. It is very disgusting to walk by every day. I don’t live in this building but from my experience this management company should be investigated and fined.

I have also just had a very negative experience with Stellar Management. First of all, they are difficult to get into contact with. Nobody picks up their personal lines or the main office line. Second, when sending over my detailed information, they were not helpful or accommodating. but instead quite combative. In the end it turned out to be a bad experience for both me and the tenant who's lease I was trying to take over.

My experience w/ the management office is shocking .. False advertisement by realtors focus on stereotypes of minorities . They definitely dont have your best interest at heart. Absolutely no solid base communication not jus a language barrier for one group of ppls. Red Flags. False advertisement .. Red Flag ..Market price rental 's Low thriving neighborhoods . Asking for ur rent to be paid 1 or 2 years up front pertaining to how low frequency you present yourself during negotiation with Agents. Which other minorities are not met w/ those alternatives yet alone forth coming genuinely. They 're very clever w/ their presentation ?

Contacting them is impossible. I tried calling them with questions about my lease— Lady says she doesn’t know and told me to send her an email with the question and she’ll forward it to the office. Did that, never got anything back after 2 weeks. Asked for an update and she never responded. Tried calling their phone number several times and nothing. My roommate calls several times and nothing. Just horrible

Very bad. I signed the the lease for year and half I paid for the year and half. 3 weeks later they sent me a bill. Before that their worker got in my apt without my permission broke my vase. No one paid me back for my vase. Manager was rude to me. My van cleef necklace was missing in the same day and manager didn’t even call me back. Very rude, unprofessional. Stay away from their buildings.

Absolute cowards. They will nickel and dime and ignore you otherwise. Much less than stellar if you can call the scam they’re running “management”. Avoid at all costs, and feel free to reach out for my own personal experience and screenshots and receipts of their ineptitude. Don’t bother deleting the comment, I will just make more.
