Excellent price and value for a lovely apartment in a perfect location. I've had very positive experiences with the management thus far and they have been responsive to any issues that arise. The building is clean and well-maintained. Apartments are sunny and spacious. I'm very happy here!

I have been living in my building with Applied Housing Management for just under two years. There are many positive things to speak on, but the most important to me is the price-point, management and location. In the busy Hoboken market, the price point is perfect. The building has a beautiful view of the skyline and is just one block away from the water.

When any issues arise, the team handles them with care and transparency. They are willing to always work with me in a fair, fast, and efficient manner and it is always appreciated, especially with my busy day to day schedule.The staff is incredibly friendly, and maintenance is efficient and more importantly, trustworthy. All work orders are done within that day.

My building is directly across the street from a large park with a lively atmosphere on the weekends, and right in the heart of multiple restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and transit. I would absolutely recommend Applied to anyone searching!

I've lived with Applied for 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The buildings are safe. Units are cleaned up by management before new tenants move in. Most of the buildings have high quality washing machines. Rent increases are reasonable and manageable. The management team is wonderful and very easy to work with. Overall, it is a great value for the price.

I have lived with Applied Housing for seven years now in four of their buildings and have loved my experience in each of them! All apartments have been great locations and great value for their layouts/offerings. I especially love the building management team and the maintenance team - they are always so attentive and any time an issue has come up, they are quick to respond and find solutions to resolve it - BIG shoutout to Daisy for always being available, helping to answer any and all of my questions and for always being so kind/caring (it makes a big difference knowing your property manager cares!). And shout out to Nicole who has helped me find each of my homes within the Applied Community - always listening to what is important to me and finding the right place! I highly recommend looking at Applied Apartments for your next home!

Writing this review for the maintenance worker named Jeff only! Jeff was the best person in assisting my roommates and I with numerous things needing work in our apartment. Jeff was understanding and kind in helping to fix things in our apartment! We really appreciated him!

I have lived with applied housing for 2 years. They have been a great team, assisting very promptly in any apartment needs and even my unfortunate lockouts, they handle everything in a good timely manner. They are available and helpful in an office a block away from uptown apartments. The apartments are very well kept and clean, very good pricing and the location is amazing. Just a block from the pier with a great view to NYC and right on mainstreet with access to the NJ transit bus. As well, an easy 20 min walk to the PATH. Living uptown is a great location, with more tranquility and having many shops nearby including Trader Joe’s and Kings.
