Si no quieren vivir en un infierno mejor no renten aqui, si se les daña algo van a estar 1 año o mas asi y solo si llamas al 311 y haces un complaint sino olvidate. Llamar a la oficina es una misión imposible y aparte ellos te van a decir con toda la cara que ellos te han llamado y que tienen pruebas so les doy un consejo cámbiense de estado, ciudad o incluso pais antes de rentar con esta conpañia….

I really couldn’t get why people in that office are so rude. Whenever I had to call, it was never pleasant interaction.
Super in my building was hard to find , and only time this management was responsive is when they trying to collect rent. They also lied about laundry room when we’re considering signing lease and we’ve learned about it only after couple of years in the building.

Absolutely joke of a company. My unit flooded last night because there is a known leak in the roof. I just moved in and my furniture is ruined that just arrived. The unit was not cleaned when I moved in.

I contacted maintenance and they told me “ there is nothing they can do” and they will not be cleaning my unit. I have a 30 gallon garbage can filled with water in the utilities closet I cannot move. Maintenance refuses to come and help and threatens me that I will be charged with any water I get outside the unit.

Signing my lease was just the beginning of my problems living in one of Urban Management's buildings. I was told I could choose what method I wanted to use to pay my application fee, but when it came time to pay, I was informed that I had to pay cash... which I didn't have on me.

The hallways are dirty and there is often garbage in the stairway.

I've had noise issues with my neighbors almost the entire time I've been living here. At first, the management company was very helpful, calling the other tenants and assuring me that they would help me figure out who was making the noise and that the appropriate action would be taken. After they couldn't find the right apartment, my property manager simply stopped returning my calls, despite the fact that this is still an ongoing problem which has actually gotten worse over time. He tells me to call the office, and the office tells me to call him. Nothing has been solved and I have not been able to get a decent night's sleep in my own bed.

In addition, trying to call the office is a hellish nightmare in itself. It seems that the only time someone will actually pick the phone up is between the hours of 8 and 9am. Any time after that, you will be sent straight to voicemail. As far as I know, although it is possible to leave a message, no one ever checks them. The prerecorded message says you can hear a directory of the extensions of everyone who works in the office, but if you select that option, the phone will ring and ring and you will not actually be given the directory.

At least the super fixes maintenance problems quickly.
