Unacceptable Management and Neglectful Maintenance Practices

I have been a tenant at 275 Park Ave for over two years, and my recent experience with First Management has been beyond disappointing. A serious issue involving the fridge gasket and mold was reported on October 14, 2024, and despite repeated follow-ups, the problem remains unresolved as of December 21, 2024.

Here is the timeline of events:
• October 14, 2024: The fridge gasket and mold issue were reported to our super. He informed me that management instructed him not to order the part, claiming they would handle it.
• November 4, 2024: I followed up with Rosana from management, who said she would place an order. I have since received no updates or follow-ups.
• December 21, 2024: Over two months later, there is still no resolution, and the mold remains a serious health hazard in the apartment.

This kind of neglect, especially when dealing with health-related concerns, is completely unacceptable. First Management has failed to communicate, follow through on promises, or resolve this issue in a timely manner. It is clear that tenant well-being is not a priority.

I would not recommend renting from this property or working with First Management. Their lack of accountability and disregard for tenant health and safety is deeply concerning.
