Owen has been the best rental manager I've ever worked with. My mattress was delivered a day before my move in and Owen was kind enough to put my delivery inside the unit and even open up my mattress to start decompressing. Leaving a 4 star review because of the rough start up we encountered during move in. Even though it was beyond Owen's fault, he was still very responsible for us and helped us through and did not leave us even after move in. We've had a couple of repairs needed to be done in the first few weeks of moving in, and the property management team have been very prompt in assisting us with the repairs.

I have zero idea how this company has even remotely good reviews. I moved in 4 months ago, I had 3 visits from different vendors to fix the drain hose in the washer. This took a total of 32 days to fix and I had to take 3 days off work.
I've had 2 broken windows for 38 days, my gas bill is now over $200 for heating a small 2 bedroom condo. A vendor came (I had to take another day off work) and said he needed to order the part. That was 3 weeks ago. I gave them permission to enter because I work 12-16 hour shifts and can't afford to take more days off. They told me they cannot fix it unless I am there. All these visits from different vendors require me to take days off.
The water heater produces hot water occasionally. Now for the most part my water is luke warm. They contacted me to fix it but again want me to take a day off work so a vendor can come look at it. Then I will need to take another day off if/when someone comes to fix it.
The roof is leaking. I took the day off yesterday for a vendor to come look at it. He doesn't tell me what's happening. I get a call today from another vendor telling me he wants to come look at the roof tomorrow. WHAT?! What is even happening?!

I have asked the property manager (Lisa Garza) for contact info for her boss or the legal team. Ive called and emailed and gotten no response. I'm currently hiring a lawyer and breaking my lease. I can't afford to take 84 days off work for 92 vendors to come look at 1 issue. If I lose my job, I can't pay my rent ?

Late this September, we had some maintenance in our Las Vegas property, When i had some cross communications with the Maintenance Department, Lisa stepped in and helped me all the way until problem was resolved. Just moved in to my home and was amazed on how easy and quick the process was. Reggie Campbell was a delight through the entire process. Had great communication skills, and worked quickly to get me into a perfect home for my family . He had great customer service and always follows up to make sure everything went smoothly. We found a few issues in the walk through and everything was taken care of within a day or two. Couldn’t ask for more. Maintenance was also very helpful , quick and communicative . So far so good. Our Property Manager Ashley Rigsbee is the best! She did our renewal inspection and was super quick and explained the process to us. We had never been through this before but she made the process a lot less stressful and we are so thankful. Ashley is also very quick and responsive to emails which is so nice and helpful.
