Beware of Highline. We had a group reservation in Golden CO that we booked through VRBO. A year after the reservation was made we received a notice of cancellation and a refund notice due to a “pricing glitch”. They say they were quick to act even the we had the reservation for over a year. Now a group of 20 of us that have already booked flights now have to scramble to find other housing accommodations. What really happened is they realized they could make more money so they cancelled our reservation. Think twice before booking with Highline direct or through VRBO.

My husband and I booked property in Golden for our anniversary trip with friends and family with Highline through VRBO and over a year after booking suddenly received cancellation notice and refunds. A group of 20+ people with flight plans left hung out to dry. Highline claimed a “pricing glitch”. Sure. Neither VRBO or Highline offered realistic solutions and now we are left scrambling for new accommodations. All renters beware! If they can make more money off a property they’ll pull your booking. We won’t be using VRBO or Highline ever again.

Family (actually 6 families) booked a celebration trip through VRBO a year and a half in advance. Paid in full as required by Highline over a year ahead of time. Fast forward, 4 months before our date.... planes, trains, and automobile reservations made... they cancel our reservation claiming a pricing glitch! VRBO offers no recourse. Highline refunds our money (after having it an entire year) then re-posts the rooms without ever offering a compromise! Bad business. Buyers beware, they take your money and penalize you if you cancel but these businesses are allowed to screw you over and get away with it! Will NEVER book through VRBO or Highline EVER AGAIN and will tell our story every chance I get to keep this from happening to someone else!

We booked a trip through VRBO and stayed at a place managed by Highline Management. The place was exactly as depicted by the management team and the checking in and out process was very simple. I was able to reach a member of the management team for assistance with any issues I had during the stay. I'd highly recommend using Highline Management to anyone looking for an easy trip.
