He is also incredibly supportive and knowledgable in the negotiations process which helped me save nearly $8,000 by having the sellers pay for the septic repairs!!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with him, especially as a new real estate investor in the area. He has great connections to lenders, and other folks you'll need to work with in the acquisitions process. I'd recommend having some idea of what you're looking for, and still do some due diligence on the exact locations you're buying in since mountain towns and cities can be pretty different, however Gautam can guide you the right direction.

I'm not sure how the buying process is different with the NARs settlement, but Gautam is someone you should feel comfortable having honest conversations with should you have any concerns!
