CJ sold our home for us recently. He is such a professional! He always made us feel like we were his only clients. When we found out we needed to have our roof replaced he took care of everything from finding roofing companies to get estimates from to arranging for them to do the work. CJ only offers the best when selling your home... from the presentation when he first meets with you, all the way up until close. The marketing is amazing and is top notch for his clients and the best from what I have seen! Not only did CJ keep us informed throughout the process, he checked in weekly to make sure we were good. Additionally, he is very responsive! We were confident in all of his guidance and it paid off because we were under contract in 12 days in December!
He is also helping with the purchase of our new build... when we built previously we did not have a realtor... having him through this new build takes a lot of stress off us and he has helped to negotiate things we could not have on our own. Thank you CJ for everything!
