My wife and I leased a commercial property that was managed by Waypoint. It was my wife's business, I handled communicating with Waypoint, in addition to working my full-time job, due to a language barrier. They are really easy to work with. For example, I forgot to transfer the gas service to our business when we started the lease. They respectfully reminded me several times. They were never nasty about it. They were assertive, direct and understanding. but never nagging or presumptuous. Of course, we still had to pay the bill eventually. When we need something from them, they were responsive and fast. Every person I dealt with was professional, respectful and acted like I was their customer. I didn't even realize how great they are until I started writing this review.

This company does not care about its tenants. They will fabricate damages and charges and do anything in their power to swindle as much money out of you as possible. Do not, under any circumstance, rent from this company. There are many other places to rent from.

To respond to Waypoint...yes you did present me with multiple estimates to fix the flooring...But the issue was we DID NOT cause the problem and you insisted on charging us anyways. You were told that water was coming up THROUGH THE FLOORS during our time living there. After learning this, you then accused us of having a space heater...in a fully heated apartment...and said this and not that water coming up through our floorboards was what cause the warping. When we confirmed with you that we did not have a space heater, you stopped responding to all calls and emails and charged us for all the damages. Do not lie online to save face. You are scamers and liars and I sincerely hope no one has to deal with you ever again.
