2019 is my 17th year with the North Metro office. I selected this office for me because the majority of the agents in this office are fun-loving, self-motivated, professional REALTORS who take care of their clients. As a professional REALTOR adhering to a Code of Ethics I must respond to Christen Garcia's false accusations. Full disclosure: I have found the same accusation on Yelp and I just saw this post, today (10/27/2019). This review by Christen Garcia is completely false and slanderous (the two thumbs up are from Tim & Christen Garcia). This was the 3rd home I had bought and sold with them, why? Because I am their Favorite REALTOR! I contributed some of my commission to them. I cared for their children while they tour new construction. We shared meals together, some of which I paid for. After 17 years as a REALTOR, plus 5 years selling new construction. I know how to take care of my clients. Please, Christen your comments are knowingly wrong and hurtful.

Danny Rubio is one of the BAD realtors also. He never helped look for homes, we had to find everything our selfs online and make him set appointments, while he just wanted to make his big commission. Never shows up to closing or explains contracts in right way. There was always something different then when he proposed to us. Never on the side of what we wanted, very bad at giving offers or asking for what is right . Again he is just in it to make his commissions and GOODBYE without Thank you. Not recommended. Biggest work he probably did was make phone calls to set showing. SAD.

Jerry Malia made the selling of our home a horrific, painful, nightmare of an experience. We were so hurt and disappointed by this wolf in sheep’s clothing. I wouldn’t have even written this review and just parted ways amicably if Jerry didn’t do everything he could to play games and try to trick us with the contracts. We simply weren’t happy with the marketing of our home and didn’t feel like Jerry was doing all he could to sell our home so we wanted to part ways, well that’s when the wolf came out and we had to call his boss Sally. Sally tried to keep our business and did what she could for us by attempting to make Jerry be professional but things got really ugly. I would never recommend Jerry Malia or Coldwell Banker ever again, not even to my worst enemy.
