This building is so loud I cant believe that anyone has left a 5 star review. Their experience must have been very different from mine. I live on the second floor and hear everyone on the street on their nights out, and my neighbors above me constantly drop things and drag heavy objects across the floor throughout the day and night. I pay around $2500 for my 1 bed 1 bath apartment after the parking fees and utility bills and cant seem to convince the leasing office that my neighbors are loud. Maybe Ive just gotten unlucky.

Was great when I moved in. Now? Hot tub has been broken for 8 months (no fix in sight), half the equipment in the gym is broken, and they just refuse to fix any of the shared amenities. It's a shame because we loved it here.

Been here almost a year no complaints. its nice and quiet in a amazing location. apartments are a tad expensive at $2200 after the parking garage fee and utilities for a one bedroom. unfortunately you can put a price on safety. especially when Denver is quickly becoming unsafe place to live. its a secure building for sure.

I have been a resident since May, and have generally enjoyed my time here. Maintenance is helpful and kind, common areas are clean, and besides the loud pool scene and kids throwing balls against the window of my apartment in the courtyard, it is a nice community. A couple major things have started to concern me though that are worth mentioning:

1. Like other reviewers, I am frustrated that the hot tub has not worked since I moved in (since April, but I moved in May). There is no timeline for this to be fixed. Hopefully before the cold weather hits? This is listed as an amenity but I’m more than 1/3 through my lease and have not had use of this amenity.
2. A few reviews point to having a secure garage as a benefit which is the reason for my review. The garage is not secure. I’m not sure if anyone is aware who uses the main gate, but the other gate (on Fenton street) has not worked since I moved in. Again, 4 months of living here and I have never once needed the parking fob to access the garage. There are two gates to the same garage, so even the gate that works does nothing because the other one is always open. When I brought this up to management, I was told “please understand that we don’t provide a secure parking garage, nor have we ever advertised it as such”. I was also told that the $75 is to guarantee a parking spot, so I don’t have to park on the street. I guess I wasn’t aware that I had to ask if the gates ever worked in the garage? Is that something that is supposed to be in the brochure? My bad! Still unclear if they are planning to ever fix that gate - why even have gates if they don’t work? Why give me a parking fob at all? But if you are looking for a secure place to park your car in a neighborhood that has pretty frequent break ins, there is probably someplace better to spend your $75.

I must say I used to really enjoy living here . It has a lot of great safety features like enclosed garage , fob access only and Amazon lockers . However over the last few months I’ve started to feel like these “luxury apartments “ are not worth it at all . The hot tub has been broken since April without a designated fixture date , residents leave their full trash bags in the trash room instead of using the shoot or are too lazy to walk it down when the shoot is down and the fire alarm is a huge issue here has gone off at least 4 times in the time of living here as well as the gym with it never having sanitizing wipes and equipment scattered around . I appreciate most of the staff especially Ashlynn she is always so kind but the rest seem too busy to be bothered . Overall it’s a decent place to live but they really should focus on their fixtures especially for the price most people pay here .

Hello! ✨ It has officially been three months of living here. I have a studio apartment and so far I definitely like it! The apartment itself is beautiful I have beautiful modern finishes, great closet space and all hard wood floors!

Pros: All of the gals at the front are so sweet and eager to help! (Sarah is my favorite!)
Maintenance is always nice and are usually quick when you need them.
The gym is a great size and always clean!
They do a great job at keeping hallways, elevators etc clean as well
I would say I feel VERY safe here with it only being fob access to get in the building, to get on the elevators (first floor) to get in any of the stairwells!
Both lounges on both floors are beautiful and are very nice to use!

Cons:
I don’t like the somewhat loud fan that’s in my bathroom that never turns off ? (oh well)
Super bad design with the trash chutes. If you’re on level 3+ keep in mind you will have to take your trash all the way down every time it’s never unlocked. People leave stinky trash in the rooms so don’t even bother! If it’s left open on the lower levels it will stay locked for the other upper levels!
The pool is nice, I like the design and all of the lounge chairs but the hot tub is always broken!! And so dirty, very disappointing. It’s been that way since I moved in and have been wanting to use it! ):
The parking garage is somewhat secure as far as car ✨safety✨ goes but people have ways of sneaking visitors in and letting them follow close and stay parked there. I think they should regulate it a bit better with stickers or designated spots.

Lastly,
Speaking of the garage it is annoying for someone on the 5th floor. There is no direct door to the 5th from the garage, it just goes 4th floor straight to the roof. Lol!!! Also there are 4 elevators how come only 2 go to the 5th floor? For convenience don’t move to the 5th floor. Esp when you don’t feel like walking and only 1 out of 2 elevators works. For example, the main elevator broke twice within my first week of living here so it can get annoying after a long day if that’s ever the case but I can say it’s not broken often and they get it fixed pretty quick!

Overall a beautiful complex, great and safe fun area with a lot around and I don’t regret making this my first apartment! (:

Absolutely love it here. Parking garage is an added perk. I feel secure and safe in my apartment. Leasing office has great communication. Been here since November I’ve been loving it since. Ashlyn was great with assisting us. Appliances are nice. I Also really like the Amazon lockers.

The maintenance staff are great. But the management is unfriendly, unavailable, and unresponsive. Lease somewhere else.
