Throughout the whole process of getting the house ready for market, Sergio regularly checked on the house and is very proactive to deal with issue that comes out. He takes care of small issues and update me afterwards. And whenever I need some help, he can provide me with contacts of trustworthy professionals.

As I need to put the property on market asap, he gets the marketing material done beautifully in just less than one week. His photograph and virtual staging materials are on point.

Sergio was super helpful when we contacted him almost 4 years ago about selling our mom's home after she passed. Let me start by saying that I don’t do reviews, I just don’t; but the experience I had in selling my home with Sergio can not go unnoticed.

When it came to selling my house I was absolutely overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. I can't say enough about how pleased and appreciative for Sergio Salazar services. He is knowledgeable, patient, very attentive to your needs. He was never over bearing and I never felt pressured. He explained everything happening at each step and kept me updated. I had a very convoluted issue which needed to meet needs of several parties involved to make my home sale happen. It took a few long months in the making which was not related to Sergio, but once he was involved, he was very patient and he was actually the pivotal part that made this sale happen quickly, swiftly and on deadline. Sergio is a true professional. He recently sold an investment property for us and I can't say enough good things about him.

Because we didn't live in the area, he went over and beyond in helping us to prepare the property for sale.
