The leasing office lady was extremely rude. When I called to ask about moving my appointment to an earlier time, she responded rudely. Since I couldn’t reschedule, I waited outside the building for an hour. When I knocked on the door just six minutes before my scheduled appointment, she rudely told me I was early and needed to wait. Her attitude was so off-putting that I decided to leave and will not be returning as a customer. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I love living at New Cambridge Apartments! It is centrally located. Close to shopping plazas, stores, restaurants and the highway. The new renovations are beautiful. The neighbors are friendly and Antonia Cummings the Property Manager is awesome! She is professional yet kind-hearted, friendly and patient. She goes above and beyond to help with any questions and help you with anything you need ASAP. Also the Maintenance Dept is great and gets back to you right away and fixes anything you need quickly. The apartment complex grounds are kept well maintained and the inside is kept clean and sanitized. Very happy here and would highly recommend living here!

I've been here for 14 years. I love my apartment. It's spacious, plenty of closets, nice lay-out, two bathrooms, large deck, nice gym and laundry facility on each floor. Pets allowed. It's Conveniently located near stores...the grocery store is across the street. Over the last 2 years the quality of people moving in hasn't been good. Consistent auto theft especially tire theft. Parking lot isn't safe. I hope this changes because the apartments are nice.

Met with Antonia, her honesty and thoughtfulness in what I needed was nice. However, the rental price is ridiculous. The property is nice because of the upgrade but only few apartments have been upgraded and the waiting list is long. The units are big, the balcony is great but no pets outside of a teacup dog maybe a cat is allowed. Along with rent you are responsible for apartment insurance monthly. The cost just seem to add up. If you can afford the rent you can afford mortgage. Nevertheless don't be discouraged I really did like the apartment. I will say this don't place a deposit if you are not 100% sure you want to rent. You will not receive the money back.

I have lived at here for many years and the new management has done an outstanding job with the upkeep of the buildings. The property manager is always so helpful and responsive when something needs to be done. For having only one staff member in the office Antonia does a amazing job with keeping the property clean.

I will be moving soon to my new home. All the comments about the place were true. Well kept, clean and friendly neighbors. The apartments are priced just right and if you wanted to upgrade can do so for a few extra dollars -- reasonable. Property manager Antonia--all comments made about her are true. Hard worker, fast to respond to emails, great at multitasking she showed me apt, answer her phone and dealt with vendors all the while been professional. She was also accommodating to my schd. Hope not only that she gets an assistance but promotion. If the company losses her it will be there loss.
