I went here for car insurance and I mentioned that I would need a quote as quickly as possible. I gave them all the paperwork and information that was needed and I was told that they would contact me in a few days. Over a week went by and I had left messages. I finally got ahold of the receptionist who I had spoken to and told her that I decided that they didn’t need my business and stayed with the insurance company I had. It was a very disappointing experience.

I should not have had to have waited weeks for email replies. When I wanted our nonprofit’s policies cancelled they should have been done before the next billing cycle. When I asked a question about tenets of a policy I should not have had to have emailed more than once over a span of weeks to get answers. They were uninvested, uninformed , stalled when I wanted to cancel a policy and are completely incompetent. I am still waiting on a cancellation I requested almost a month ago. Absolutely horrible.

Working with Sava was so easy! I didn't even have to go into the office as everything was do-able online. They found the best policy for me and implemented it with e-signatures! What a breeze and what a joy. When buying a new house, selling your old one, working full time and raising two kids, time is not exactly easy to come by!
