Sure, I'd love to give details. They do not take care of their properties. When you want to end your lease they tell you it is your responsibility to find a replacement tenant. I have had a ceiling leak in my bathroom since October and they have done nothing to remedy this until I said I wanted to leave. Now, they are asking me to find a replacement tenant. Its absurd, unfair, and maybe illegal.

In reply to your response. When I said I wanted to move you you magically (within hours) found somebody that could come late. And such a coincidence the man lives in the next unit and takes care of all of the properties. He could have come late one night in October when I originally made the complaint and then the ceiling would not be falling apart at the seams.

And the positive review below from Toni Grady urging others to hire a realtor from here is so funny as she is the leasing agent on this apartment. Conflict of interest, no?

My experience with IMT has been great right from the start, and I have no hesitation recommending them, and have done so to anyone that has asked.

I work with IMT for property management. Ana and Mary met with me on site and reviewed the properties, and were very thorough with everything, which really helped set expectations. The onboarding process went smoothly, again very thorough, and lots of documentation. Personally I really like lots of documentation because it avoids situations later on where someone says "yah but I thought...." Also, you can tell by how many things they included that they have experience handling everything you can think of. Toni has been great doing the leases. Harrison is great handling service calls. Ana is my main point of contact and she has consistently been helpful and positive, even though most of the time that I have to call her it is because I am having some issue or other that I need her help with. I'm always able to get in touch with the people I need in a timely manner, and they are all good about following up promptly. That's great because I am always so busy that things can easily fall off my radar.

I'm a pretty "hands on" kind of guy, the kind that likes to do things like change my oil myself just because I can. But there is no way I would attempt to manage these properties by myself. Yes, it costs money. Yes, if everything is running smoothly as expected, it will look like you are just paying a bunch of money for someone to collect rent checks. But there is always some metaphorical fire that needs to be put out. If, by some miracle, you go a stretch of time where everything is running smoothly, that is because your property manager is getting you the right tenants, with the right lease agreements, and the right support staff, and the right software and portals, and they are making things run smoothly. Things don't run smoothly on their own, the run smoothly because someone is making that happen. IMT has a bunch of systems and people in place to be able to prevent a lot of problems from cropping up, and to be able to effectively manage the problems that do still come up.

As I said, I have no hesitation recommending IMT for property management. I have no issues communicating with anyone on the team, and it is worth pointing out that they have a full team with members that specialize in different aspects of property management. The costs are right in line with other management teams, and I think IMT is a great value, well worth the cost even if you think you can handle it yourself. Maybe you can cobble things together yourself to get by, but that's nowhere near the same as having a professional management team and all the systems and software and people in place.

Excellent friendly staff, always getting the job done on time and with a smile! Mary is knowledgeable in all things real estate, and her property management team, Ana and Kelly are phenomenal. Everyone at IMT is a true pleasure to work with. I will NEVER go to any other real estate or property management office again! IMT REALTY IS THE BEST!

I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review about a company unless it was to inform the public of my negative experience with them. This is honestly the complete opposite kinda review. I've been recently looking for a new property to either rent to own or buy and IMT REALITY out of Groton,CT hands down has to be one of the MOST pleasant,informative,and through experiences I've had trying to find a place to live. Mary Nasi who is one of the owners didn't treat it as a transaction but as if I were looking for an investment into my future & a "forever" place to live. It was also very nice to have such a big selection of apartments,condos,and homes to physically walk through and get quoted on. IMT REALITY has an amazing team working with them from the reality office to the maintenance workers on properties. I viewed several properties which were all updated & well taken care of. I can not tell you enough what a wonderful experience it's been working with Mary and her IMT REALITY company!! If you areare ever in need of a new place to live or invest into IMT REALITY of Groton,CT would definitely 100% be my first and ONLY stop.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you do not want to be treated like you are a nothing that they can just "steal" from. STAY AWAY from this company.
I would have given IMT negative stars, but had to give a one star to even write this review. IMT property management in charge of leases and rental properties will steal your money after you attempt to move out in a legal timely manner. They act like a a slighted person in a relationship gone wrong. Instead of being professional, IMT takes advantage of their tenants by illegally charging them unknowingly for services done while occupying the property after they leave by not refunding their security deposit in full. IMT property management keeps a list of charges not telling the tenants about and then takes it out of the tenants that have moved out security deposit with absolutely no shame. IMT property management is the most deceitful and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. How they can sleep at night knowing they essential rob from honest working people who work hard to put a roof over their families head is unconscionable. I would never rent from them and would with out a doubt tell anyone I possibly could to NEVER rent or use IMT property management for anything at ALL! IMT is so greedy that they even have the owners of their properties believing they have the right to go along with IMT''s corrupt ways. Once I have got legally out of them what is rightfully mine I will post exact instances and pictures to prove everything I have written in 100% true.
