I was house hunting in a VERY difficult year. If I didn’t have such a great team then I absolutely would not have stood a chance. I felt so unbelievably lucky to end up with the people that I did.

During the closing process I came to realize that Jackie had been paying attention to my needs the entire time. During the inspection she laughed and said “You got exactly what you wanted.” And this statement was unbelievable. Given my requirements, budget, and the fierceness of the competition it was clear that my goal was a long shot. I knew that, we all knew that. However, I’m stubborn.

This was a very touching moment for me. To be seen.

Circumstantially I couldn’t tell very many people I was in the throes of such a monumental milestone in my life. I had to be secretive and that made me miss out on celebrating as much as I wanted to. For Jackie to grin at me, after understanding how hard it’s been in the current market, was so meaningful. To see someone as giddy as I was, that’s all I needed.

Given the opportunity to make a recommendation, Jackie will be the first name out of my mouth every time. I know with certainty that she can handle the business. I have the firsthand experience of seeing her work so hard and be incredibly persistent. I know it’s not true that I was their only client but it felt as though I was. I felt important, prioritized, and heard.

Lori was our realtor in 2002 when we purchased our previous home, and we only considered her when we wanted our forever retirement home in 2024. Her and her team's attention to detail is amazing and she listened and understood exactly what we were looking for. We are now mostly moved in and love our new home and our community. We are now in the process of selling our former home and of course we asked Team Gabriel to help with the sale. It's hard to find the right realtor, one with the experience to know all the ins and outs and with the energy and attention to detail to expedite and make the whole process fun and less stressful. But we know we found the best team in the business and we really appreciate their integrity and hard work to get us exactly what we wanted. We could not be happier. They are also doing a tremendous job on the selling side for our former home and getting us the best offer possible, but I think that may be a discussion for the next survey once its sold.
