Jason Boice was the best thing that happened to us while searching for our dream home! I had met a few agents at open houses and was not impressed at all until I met Jason. He was very personable and friendly and immediately made me feel like I was very important to him and I knew right away that he would guide us to finding our new home. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and houses in general. When we would meet at a showing he would always point out the good and bad things about the house and certain things we might want to address down the road if we were to purchase that particular house. He always made me feel like I was his number one priority! He has a particular strategy when making an offer to a seller that worked most effectively and got us our dream home. We first met Jason over Labor Day weekend when he showed us a home in Columbia. This was our first time meeting. He listened to what our needs were and what we were looking for in our retirement home.
Since that first meeting, Jason consistently sent us homes to review. I was so grateful when one of his sent listings spoke to me this past October.
Jason was very professional & responsive throughout the entire buying process. We did a home and septic inspection & found issues that needed to be addressed. Jason helped us to navigate & resolve the main issues and we made the commitment to buy. We closed at the end of November. Jason was extremely professional and attentive. He went above and beyond in the sale process. He even helped with resolving issues with getting old building permits resolved and also with connecting me with the right contractor to make updates to the house prior to the sale,. He worked very hard to make sure that I had the absolute best deal and sales price protection. He negotiated full appraisal gap coverage so even though the house appraised below the purchase price, I still got the contract price. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
