A little context before I get to the review: I was moving from California to Connecticut for work. Never been to the north east before and had zero frame of reference. I came to check out places to rent with one of my best friends in Boston and the first place I got to was one that Scott Nardozzi from Cavanaugh and Co was showing.

I came in and after a couple of minutes Scott looks and me and says, you don’t like this place. It wasn’t a question and he wasn’t wrong. I was like the place is nice, it’s just not for me. So we got to chatting and he tells me about a place coming on the market that he was also working on. I continue looking at places all day (9am-4pm ish) and then drove back to Boston with my friend.

Scott emailed me about this other place and we got to chatting and he was SO helpful and SO friendly. He told me all the cool places to eat and drink, things to do, and also offered to tell me anything he knew about the landlord I went with if I didn’t wind up going with one of his listings.

I wound up going with the place I’d never seen before and LOVE IT. He met me to give me the keys the morning it was mine, brought me coffee from a coffee shop a few blocks away, and answered any and all of my questions (and there were a lot) very patiently. I HIGHLY recommend working with this company and more specifically with Scott.

I had a recent problem with a foundation issue with my property and they handled everything to include dealing with the condo association and lawyers and then oversaw the entire rehab process of the condo.
