With the passing of our father, we knew we were going to sell the house and through a friend contacted Jared Meehan. Jared met with my sister and I early in the process and provided us with very helpful information and guidance on how we should proceed preparing the house. No pressure to list, we set a reasonable goal and in March of 2024 when we were ready to go we listed the house with Jared at RE/MAX. Jared handled the listing, took some awesome pictures, presented the house exceptionally, and in the end we had multiple offers and are in the closing stages. Jared handled all aspects of the sale from listing to closing. We cannot thank Jared and the RE/MAX team who helped enough. Brendan helped my husband and I purchase a house last month, and I cannot say enough great things about him. We fell in love with a house that was already pending, and when that fell out of escrow, he immediately jumped on it and got us into see it in 48 hours!

It's ours now, and Brendan was a big help in getting it. There were some scary decisions to make. Brendan offered his thoughts, but never tried to sway us to his way of thinking or pressured us for a quick answer.

He has a relaxed, honest nature and never made me feel like I was working with a sleezy sales guy. He kept me calm when I was nervous, and answered my unending questions at all hours of the day. I never plan on moving again, but I will refer him to anyone who is!

Over the past 6 years I have worked with Loni Wright. She has been nothing short of amazing. After a few years we bought our home in 2019, then we decided to sell in 2020 due to needing more room for our children. Loni made our experience in house hunting less stressful. Worked with Robert St.Laurent as my agent. This guy was completely awsome. Both my wife and I could not of had a better agent. Always answered calls and emails text messages. Due diligence by our agent was great. He had the answers! I dont recommend using Quicken Loans like we did. Worst ever but this realtor was super. Highly recommended!
