I love Shanyelle! She's the greatest realtor/broker/owner ever! It took me about 6 months to find my home. I never felt rushed and she critiqued the houses with me like she was buying the home herself. She is always professional and just an all around sweet soul. If she didn't feel like a house was right for you, she always voiced her opinion. Realtors like her are scarce. I've heard horror stories from other home owners about their realtors and I'm glad I was referred to her. I feel like she helped me find my forever home but if I ever am in need of another home, I'm only using her.

They helped us through our second home sale and third home purchase. Their expertise and advice were so spot on. Even though this wasn’t our first go-round, we learned a lot with Shanyelle taking the time to educate us. They managed to make us feel comfortable and attended to even in this bonkers real estate market. Communication was great without exception. They truly have their client’s best interest at heart.
