Great apartment complex! Angus is really nice and always happy to help. For maintenance you just send an email and they come the next business day or same day. This place has very quick snow removal. The sidewalks, parking lot, and roads are cleared and salted first thing in the morning. My apartment had a very nice kitchen with new appliances. This apartment wasn't cheap, but worth the extra money because it is well built and always kept clean. Metro Star is a great property management company and I highly recommend renting from them.

Our locked bikes were stolen from the parking port under building E( this has never happened to us before). The Star Deluxe property management could not locate the video when the police came.. However, the police were able to locate one of our stolen bikes on Facebook marketplace and returned it to us. I find it interesting that the property management has not followed up with us to provide an update or notify the community that bikes are being stolen. It appears we weren’t the only ones based on the cut locks on the ground.

When we told the property management our bikes were stolen he offered us a storage unit for an additional charge..

Wonderful experience at Star Deluxe! Leasing agent Angus couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful and the maintenance, both inside and out, was meticulous. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the layout of buildings so well designed it makes the whole complex feel very upscale.

We've lived here for about a month, and have had an issue where 3 out of our 4 AC units are dripping and leaking onto walls, furniture, and the floor. Every time maintenance has come, they have told us the units are working "normally." Every HVAC company we speak to says this is not normal.

We have had to keep pushing for this to be resolved when every time we are told "it's normal." AC units should not frequently leak down walls. We have gone back and forth for nearly a month, at times unable to use the AC during a heatwave.

We should not have to wait a month with back and forth visits for this to be fixed. We hope you have a better experience.

I have been here for a year, and it's a great place to live. The complex is extremely nice and always taken care of. Also, it is very dog-friendly. The manager, Angus, is great to work with. The maintenance staff is very timely in their response to my inquiries. Overall A+, no issues.

What a dream! My Fiancé and I moved in here with our dog in May and we absolutely love it here. The management company really has their stuff together. Far more than I have seen anywhere else I have lived! The Property Manager Justine is so absolutely amazing. Her bubbly, kind personality really make this place feel like a community. She is always so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for you.
The apartments themselves are very spacious and well appointed. There is nothing not to love! The clubhouse is gorgeous and the gym is state of the art! They even have a great fenced in area for Scout to romp around and burn off some energy! I really can't say enough about this place!
If you are looking in the area for a new place to call home. You found the right place.

We moved in more than one year ago. Krystal gave us a tour of the whole place and she was super patient and super caring when we were trying to make a decision that we had no choice but falling in love with this place.
This place is really great. New and super clean. During these months every time we needed something the management team and especially Krystal have been always responsive.
They're doing a great job taking care of common areas as well.
Did I mention that all apartments and home appliances are almost brand new?
