Lugar muy lindo acogedor y sobre todo muy limpio, muy satisfecha con el precio y lo que ofresen,definitivamente volveré a este lugar.

We used VRBO to rent the house and Newman Hospitality was the "host". We had to pay a "host fee" of $400 (which was more than the cost of staying at the house). The house had to have been owned by a smoker before they bought it because the smell was still there. There were holes in the walls, cobwebs, and a few questionable spots. I contacted Newman Hospitality about everything and only received the response to send a picture. The containers of shampoo and conditioner were filled with water and the extra comforter had a large urine stain on it (This was folded up and put in with the clean towels). I understand that with different people renting there will be problems, however; when I have to pay a $400 "host" fee, they should have someone actually checking the property not just asking for the renter to send pictures and not do anything about it. I felt like I took more time reporting everything that was wrong to them then anyone from their company did in trying to resolve it. Here are a few pictures that were sent to them. I will not be using this company again.

This villa was immaculately clean, bright & spacious. Absolutely PERFECT location in Islamorada! It's within walking distance of my favorite restaurants. Our charter fishing captains were able to pick us up at the dock right in front of our unit. The property is tucked away just far enough from the main road so you don't hear any traffic noise. The waterfront bay view at sunset was a perfect setting for an evening cocktail by the pool after a long day of fishing. Our family LOVED staying at this location & we plan to return every year.

Little Basin Villas is my favorite place to stay in Islamorada. We go by boat (they have two slops). The villas are beautiful and spacious. Killer pool on site. Walk to every thing you could want in minutes (market, restaurants, brewery’s and more).

Fantastic home for my family while our house was getting packed out. Strongly recommend this home for any occasion, especially if you’re looking to re-create your at home experience in a new place. Great spot for kids and adults.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood close to beach, entertainment and great restaurants. Plenty of room for our family get together. Pool was great after a day at the beach. Hosts were responsive and helpful to any questions.

We were very pleased with the town house in terms of location, price, cleanliness, accommodations and ease of working with owner. The condo was very nice with beautiful large bathrooms and all necessary kitchenware to cook. The entrance to the condo was at street level with a personal security gate. We felt safe and enjoyed the easy access. The 2 available pools had beautiful views and provided an option of a quiet pool atmosphere and a more social pool scene. The owners were attentive and responded quickly to all messages. We very much appreciated the stay.
