I live in Tuscan Island, Naples, FL. I have mojo on the wall and they only managed to cover it with paint. I asked for a filter for the air conditioning and they said that the company does not give enough budget for the purchase. I have had broken air for two weeks. The sink faucet broke and it didn't. They fix it, the wall of the room is with water and they say that from the third floor to all of this, the manager and assistant say that this company does not give them money to fix things, a lot of maintenance staff and all the hallways and garbage everywhere, vehicles without plates and not to mention that it looks like a mechanic's shop with vehicles they are repairing

I am writing in response to your letter dated December 15, 2023, and I would like to address the ongoing health concerns and the challenges I have faced during my nine years of residency in the community.

The persistent issues that have arisen, including headaches and continued illness, have made my place of residence more of a source of distress than a comfortable home. I want to emphasize that these concerns have significantly impacted my myself and families well-being, and I am committed to addressing them promptly.

I must express my disagreement with any threats or proposals of charging me for the issues that myself and family have been experiencing. I firmly believe that my extended residency and cooperation throughout these years should not warrant such actions. Instead, I am eager to work collaboratively to find solutions to the problems that have arisen.

I request an opportunity to discuss these matters further with you or a representative from the community management. It is my hope that we can resolve these issues amicably and create a more comfortable living FOR YOUR environment for all residents.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to the possibility of finding a resolution that benefits all parties involved.

For the price we pay its ridiculous the amount of problems my apartment has. It's been 4 years and still having problems with my dryer. A new dryer was put in and still having problems. My clothes take ALL day to dry yup the dryer runs all day and night. I told the leasing office the dryer vent needs to be cleaned out and they told it was which was a lie. They only temporarily fix things and forget about talking to the manager she's never there and when she is there she is very aggressive and very unprofessional. DO BETTER HIGHMARK!! WE PAY OUR RENT AND DESERVE BETTER SERVICE. Old kitchen appliances need to be upgraded.

Stay away from any Highmark properties! Bunch of crooks they raise your rent by $400 a month and then decide to add on another $25 for "technology and amenity" fee but nothing has changed here in 5 years except that I'm paying way more for the same outdated apartment. You have been warned!

Update: Management company continues to do whatever they want raising another $300 a month rent, after a $400 increase last year. Do yourself a favor and stay away from any Highmark management apartments!

My experience with Highmark residential has been the worst. I’m PAYING a pretty penny to be in an “upgraded” unit, however there is nothing up to date or upgraded. Just about very appliances in my unit has broken. The carpet…eww. Nothing in the bathroom was replaced…just painted over and structurally, well it looked like they gave up on upkeep long before I started renting. The old staff acted as if they could not respond to my emails or phone calls, so I’d physically have to go to the office. Leslie was definitely not a pleasant person either.

Where do I begin?!?...the units are nice and decently maintained, however your better off doing what you can your self when it comes to maintenance. Nothings ever been “fixed” when we put in requests, just taken care of or rigged up to work for a while. Recently they have stopped screening who they allow to move in to the community and I now have drug dealers and crazy people surrounding me! Just had to call the cops for the 4th time this year because the unit above me is now throwing their stuff off the balcony to the ground below and have left it there.
