If there is a way to avoid Montville getting a ticket there if your black you will definitely get a raw deal . The judge is RACIST!!!! REAL RACIST ! HE WILL GIVE YOU A FINE BASE ON YOUR SIZE! IT'S NO JOKE I WITNESS IT HAPPEN ! KEEP AWAY ! THE POLICE SYSTEN IS WICKED AND CORRUPT THEY are in humane. Please Keep away!

If you are in the unfortunate position of having to go to this courthouse, listen to what I am telling you. Show up at least 30-45 minutes early, this will give you an opportunity to talk to the prosecutor beforehand and will save you hours of standing around waiting later.

You will walk through a metal detector to gain entry to the courthouse and an officer will wave a wand-type detector after you pass through. Leave your embarrassing piercings at home.

Said officer will then instruct you to "take a number," like from a deli ticket machine. Do it. It means nothing but do it any way. No one gives a crap about your ticket, just get in the line and don't move. I made the sad mistake of believing that the numbers would be called upon in order, HA!

Assuming you showed up on time, at some point, you will be asked to enter the courtroom along with all of the other defendants, this is only so the judge can read everyone their rights and what to expect. Enter the courtroom and have a seat near the very back near the door. This is so you can get up and run to the head of the line when the judge is done, this is what everyone else did even the people who showed up late. They were in front of the line and no one gives a crap about your deli ticket. Make a stink if you feel you should, no one cares.

Now that you are somehow near the end of the line, you can watch all the lawyers come in and cut to the front of the line. You can just stand there for about an hour and a half. The prosecutor will then have dinner or a bathroom break, he is only human.

Once people start seeing the prosecutor, it moves quickly and he is actually a nice guy. All in all expect to wait around for at least three hours on a regular day. Good luck if it is crowded.
