This rates up there with one of THE most unprofessional group's I personally have ever encountered. My personal experience with them was horrible! I begged my friend to go elsewhere to sell her home. Her experience is worse than my own. Notorious for having their "friends" do pre inspections. Come up with item's normal inspections don't find. Find exorbitant repair costs that they then by law disclose. I asked another realtor was this normal. No it is not! Let new home owners into your home before your closing. This list goes on and on. I should have gone to CT license board to stop these horrendous behaviors. I thought it was an isolated situation. It is standard practice for this agency. I cringe now selling my second home after this experience. I am selling by owner as a result.

My parents have been looking for a house to rent for quite a while and today they had an appointment with Ravels Rentals that had listed a house that met their criteria in terms of budget and location. They arrived to their appointment on time, looking forward to take a personal look at the house that they had previously seen only on pictures, they requested to see the house first so they could get an idea of what it looked like from inside but they were denied this with the excuse that they needed to run a credit history report (Hard inquiry) pay a $25 application fee, submit all necessary documentation BEFORE showing them the house. An unpleasant experience. .
