If you own an Air Conditioning company or provide some type of service related to home repairs, I advise you to think twice before doing business with this company. It is very difficult for them to pay you for the services that you perform to their clients. When you call the lady in charge of payments, she gives you one and another excuse and so days and weeks go by without receiving payment for services. In my opinion they have a horrible customer service system. If one of the clients presents a problem and you as a company go after office hours you have to wait until the next day so that according to the price you give them to repair the fault they call the owner and approve or not do the work, while the customer is without AC service. Later, even when, according to the company (All County….) It says to pay for the services performed every Friday, it does not. It is a lie, accumulates the payments and they lie to you about the reason why they have not made it. But they have the courage to keep pushing you to make more calls for service, an incredible way to work. I definitely do not recommend that you do any kind of business with them. They are very informal about payments due.

Si usted es dueño de una compañía de Aire Acondicionado o presta algún tipo de servicio relacionado con reparaciones de residencias yo le aconsejo piense dos veces antes de hacer negocios con esta compañía. Es bien difícil que te paguen por los servicios que tú realizas a sus clientes. Cuando llamas a la señorita encargada de los pagos te da una y otra excusa y así pasan los días y las semanas sin recibir el pago de los servicios. En mi opinión tienen un sistema de atención a sus clientes horrible. Si uno de los clientes presenta un problema y tú como compañía vas después de horario de oficinas tienes que esperar hasta el día siguiente para que según el precio que tú le des por reparar la avería ellos llamen al dueño y apruebe o no hacer el trabajo, mientras el cliente está sin el servicio de AC. Después aún cuando, según la compañía (All County….) Dice pagar todos los viernes los servicios realizados no lo hace. Es mentira, acumula los pagos y te mienten sobre la razón por la cual no lo han realizado. Pero tienen la valentía de seguir proponiéndote hacer más llamadas de servicio, increíble forma de trabajar. Definitivamente no los recomiendo que hagan ningún tipo de negocios con ellos. Son muy informales en cuanto a los pagos debidos.

If you’re considering this property management company, beware of their lack of accountability and oversight. They managed one of our rental properties for a year, but when it came time for the move-out inspection, things quickly unraveled. After the inspection, they documented several repairs that needed to be addressed, communicating this to us via email. We were assured multiple times that the tenants’ security deposit would not be refunded until estimates for the repairs were obtained. Yet, after ten days of silence, we were abruptly informed that they couldn’t find anyone to provide estimates—and that the security deposit had already been refunded to the tenants.

When we pressed them on this oversight, they shifted the blame to recent disruptions from a hurricane. This is unacceptable. Now, we’re left with the burden of seeking legal help to cover repair costs. Very disappointing service—use caution before entrusting your property to this company.

I never had an opportunity to evaluate their service, because I set up an appointment to see the property, and the main guy showed up 6 minutes early and left before the appointment time, because I wasn't there to answer the door. I arrived later, sat on the porch for 15 minutes, and then called to see if they were on their way. The lady on the phone said, "He already left." I called his cell phone and he insisted he was there at the appointment time. I said, "Maybe you were at the wrong place, because I was on the front porch at [exact time appointment]." He insisted he was there and basically said, "I don't want to waste your time or mine" and wouldn't set up another appointment. No apology or anything, and he was absolute dead set that he was right and I was wrong. Later I looked at the security camera footage and found he came and left before the appointment time (and before I was even at the property or available). Highly unprofessional, and I would say probably a bad sign about how this company would operate. I dodged a bullet by finding out soon and not proceeding further.

Awful experience, no idea how they are in business. No returned phone calls, didn't list the property until 9 days after the tenant moved out (they gave close to a 60-day notice, which they could have began showing the place then). They don't even show the property, they leave a lockbox at the building for people to give their own tours. Advertising is horrendous, they list on sites people don't really go to for finding apartments/rentals.

All the pictures they listed were prior to even doing the routine maintenance (patching drywall, paint, etc.) The owner of All County Tampa Bay, Hon, viewed the place 2.5 months after the tenant moved out, only to say that it still needed to be painted (so anyone who viewed the apartment was showing up to a hole in the wall). Basically, they didn't prep the unit for turnaround for 2.5 months AFTER the tenant left the unit.

While we had the tenant, we'd hear about issues/fixes that needed to be made months after the tenant made complaints to them. We would hear about issues from the HoA board, the communication from the manager Erica was horrendous at best (my wife documented responses and we had 2 responses from her over the course of 4 months).

You'll end up managing your property yourself anyway, stay away from this company at all costs if you know what's good for your investments.

I would not recommend renting with them or allowing them to manage your property. They will let your house sit with water damage. They won’t care for landscaping and most notably they will let your house become INFESTED with ants as it sits EMPTY and then refuse to do any remediation measures. 0/10 recommend. They never send a professional to fix or handle anything, it’s always someone they find from the street.

We invested in an 8-plex unit in the Tampa area. The property was seriously mismanaged by the previous owner, including no leases in place, deferred maintenance, dangerous operations, etc. We worked with Hon, Su, and the Team to turn the property around into a professionally operated and profitable investment property in a few months. This was in part through their professional staff, like Erica, the systems that are in place for consistency and continuity from move out to move in, and the wealth of knowledge and solution oriented approach both Hon and Su bring to the table. We highly recommend them as a 5 star management company.
