Very attentive, I'm maybe closer to leaf than others as we are friends. I have never had any major issues with Viviana (or her employees) I'm in love with the house she helped me purchase , any/and all of the issues I have had , have had nothing to do with her and are not her responsibility but she has still done her level best to attempt to resolve any post purchase issues that she could , I will continue to keep her posted and use her for advice and potential sales/purchases in the future.

Being a realtor is not always a pleasurable occupation and I'm quite demanding , but I'm glad I had Viviana there to advise.

To summarize, Viviana will make time for you (even at some times when she shouldn't) and will give you the best advice she can.

Viviana was both personal and professional . Right off the bat I saw the humanity in Viviana. I had to reschedule our first meeting because my dog was extremely ill, and Viviana was so kind and understanding about that. When we did meet with her, she was extremely thorough and professional. And knowledgeable and kind in such a fast moving, high stress situation that our move was. We turned the house over to her and we moved out of state that day. She handled the sale of our house promptly, efficiently, effectively, and she kept us in the loop the entire time. We are extremely happy with the work that she did for us, and I, personally, still feel so grateful to the humanity she showed us the day my dog was so ill. All around, we couldn’t have asked for a better and more trustworthy professional to handle the sale of our home.
