Horrible Management Group!!! Left myself and my 93 year old grandmother without essential services (heat/ hot water for 16 days then an unsafe shower for over a week afterwards) for 25 days. Never offered substitute accommodations/ rent adjustment anything at all. Only apologized after the City Building Inspector came and did an inspection and violated the property on several issues. They do not care who ever their “technicians” are, are unprofessional and do not make emergent issues a priority. The company overall does not respond in a timely manner and they do not care. I’m filing complaints with Housing Authority as well. Beyond pathetic and stressful what I’ve gone through.

They never showed up for a showing. Made us come back the next day. They never respond to maintenance request. Summer just ended and they never once came to cut the grass. They are now entering apartments without warning. Don't work with these people. We are breaking our lease since it's been impossible working with them.

I had a tour scheduled and waited for almost 30 minutes, but no one showed up. Another couple also arrived for a scheduled tour of the same apartment, and they experienced the same issue. Despite our efforts to contact Idoni Management, we received no response. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.

Reviews are necessary, good or bad, so that future clients won't be taken advantage of. Stay away from this company and find other companies to do business, there are other honest and reliable management companies out there.

I use Idoni management to assist me with an eviction process. Mr Idoni charged me 3 times more then an average eviction in Hartford/Manchester area. I paid in full, and then I had to beg for an invoice. (That should've been the red flag)!!

Mr Idoni and company where no where to be found. Reluctantly I had to do all the leg work, research, contact attorney, hire moving company and pay Marshall to finalize the job that Idoni and management were paid to do.

I then sent an invoice to be reimbursed, explained in details in the email, contacted Mr Idoni, who assured me that he would pay back. Until this day, I have not heard back from him.

I have never dealt with a company so swift and quick about their process. My partner and I fell in love with a place on Monday. Filled out the application the same day and within 24 hours we had a lease signed and our down payment scheduled. Ralph Vicedo was super quick about getting back to us with email communications. We are so happy with our experience. Everything was swift and simple. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new place.

Do not rent with this company. They will take your money and neglect you like no other. Barely any form of solid communication. Won't get a security deposit back. We left at the end of our lease and they continued to charge us rent after they acknowledged we moved out.

At first this seemed better than going through a landlord as landlords seemed to not respond when we would apply and ask for updates on the status of the application process. Idondi did a good job in this regard however the ultimate downfall was toward the end of the application process when we had received an automated congratulations email, in said email we were asked who would be living in the apartment, when could we sign the lease, and if we have any pets, to most people these are questions that are asked once one has been approved for the apartment and therefore we were under the assumption that we had gotten the place as previously we waited over a week, and made many phone calls to get updates during this process to find out we were going into “Final Review” prior to the congratulations email. We then sent an email back with the information requested, got no response, so the following day we called only to find out that we are still in the final review, only that now we were in contention to get the place but first we had to essentially go up against other applicants. We were naturally gutted, and I am just unsure why we would receive a congratulatory email, this seems deceptive, vile, and utterly disrespectful to dangle housing in peoples faces, and I do not recommend using this listing company.
