Our mom passed away suddenly in January, which meant the sale was an Estate sale and even more emotional as it was tied to a house we grew up, lived in, and loved for ~33 years! From the start to finish, Martha had strong attention to detail and had numerous instances of going the extra distance as she was our proxy for ensuring the project stayed on track and we closed on time.
