My husband and I had the opportunity to tour several different luxury apartment complexes this past month and wasn't happy with anything that was shown to us. Either the price was just to high for the space or the layout didn't fit our living style. We met with the Grand Reserve Orange leasing manager Kenley Bosquet who is a top notch professional! He gave us a tour of the property. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are absolutely spacious and beautiful... if you are a person that loves nature this place is for you! We decided on a two bedroom loft (duplex)with a fireplace that matched our budget and fits my family. It is equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances. I can't wait to make beautiful memories in our luxury new home. Thank you Kenley for such an incredible experience!

I have been living here for almost 2 years now.
The staff are great! They are not only professional but also incredibly friendly and approachable. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were always prompt in addressing it and provided me with the necessary assistance. 

The maintenance team is also reliable and very friendly. Any maintenance requests I had were promptly attended to and resolved efficiently.

The staff's professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to resident satisfaction truly set this complex apart. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

Best place ever. Feel yourself at home. Wonderful place with amenities. Great gym, wonderful pool. Lots of parking space. Parking lots covered, for winter. Snow removal. Modern units.... I have been living here for almost 2 years now and I love the property. Apartment was clean and fresh when I moved in with a nice welcome note. The neighbors are pretty friendly in the area always greeting in passing. Any request I have put it has been handled in a timely fashion and they follow up with you. With the change of management recently was a little rocky, however, Ms. Laura who works the front desk has been pleasant. She is efficient in helping the residents with anything we ask for. I enjoy going to visit her when I am home and have free time. She is great and hope she remains as long as I'm living here. Grand Reserve Orange is a great place to live I love my apartment.

What a nice place to live! I lived here for a year in 2017 and moved to Norwalk to be closer to my job. Last year I moved to Milford and it was a nightmare. Now being back at the Grand Reserve Orange has been a pleasant experience. Although it is not the same team, I see that the quality remains the same. I remember April being super helpful and kind, today Nicole has also done an excellent job making us feel welcome. E-mails are answered promptly, and the lease was signed smoothly and fast.
I still don't personally know the maintenance team, but I would like to thank them for making my apartment impeccable ( I had only minors requests and they got fixed before I moved in). Another relevant point that I would like to mention is how the apartment is kids-friendly, the floor, even when is wet, is non slippery (kitchen, dining room, corridor and bathroom.), new Carpet (bedrooms and living room) has a beautiful color that doesn’t show stains, walls were freshly painted and with a damp cloth I can remove painting from my lovely daughter! She is turning two and fell so many times in our former apartment in Milford and it is so stressful when you can’t let your baby go to every room in a small place. Now I have peace of mind.
Can’t forget to mention that they gave us brand new washer and dishwasher .
There’s plenty of parking space.
I see they are renovating apartments and hallways, so is great to live in a place that wants to keep up with their quality.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
