For the very first time i am reading those comments because i try always to be on peace but my situations is out of control now. i send a report for heater 3 times for A/C 2 time they haven't fixed now my carpet is full of water my celling is leaking, high temperature at the apartment and not hot water. Today is Saturday and i should way until Monday to see if they remember my situation or put my order again and again, because if i pay an out side technician they do not reimburse me the money i spend.

Dalcor has taken over Concord management. Since then, the turn over rate for the office and maintenance staff is unbelievable. No one answers the phones. Maintenance requests go unresolved. Trash and grounds are over flowing. We have a ton of vehicles that don't belong. We have people running 'Mobile mechanic' 24/7 in our parking lot. It's a bit ridiculous.

I was told there would be a $5.00 fee to have the battery in the smoke detector changed? So I replaced it myself and it's still beeping. This is a fire hazard. I've put in a maintenance request and still nothing. And my front door lock keeps sticking and again this is a fire hazard and I have a 4 year old. Please contact me ASAP!!! Thank you!!

NON OF THE PHONES ARE ANSWER. I USWED TO LIVE IN REEF CLUB AT KISSIMMEE, NEED A PAYMENT RECORD FOR APPLY TO ANOTHER PLACE AND AS FAR AS IT GOES I LOOSE 2 OPPORTUNITIES IN THE OTHER PLACE, THE MANAGER NEVER RESPONSES AND THE WORKING PERSONNEL TRIES TO MANAGE THE PROBLEMS, BUT THEY SAY HAT DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE EMAILS AND REFERENCES. PUT AN EYE IN THAT MANAGER, IS MAKING A VERY BAD SIGNAL OF 34 YEARS? ALL THROUGTH THE BOARD..

Live here for 7 years Six of those years with absolutely no problems whatsoever last year they've got a new management and put a sticker on my truck and told me I had 2 hoursI move my trailer off the lot or they would tow it no trailers allow on Dalcor property So I had to move it to a $50 a month storage place Now there's campers and trailers taking up five spots been there for almost a week contacted manager she told me it's none of my business then turned around and started asking me all sorts of questions things that had nothing to do with my complaint These new management play favors with people In the complexThey don't set a fair set of rules for everybody
Watch out if you want to live here there all nice and friendly till you get a lease signed then your just a rent payment
