Went to town hall to pay taxes for my mother. Long line on a Friday afternoon. I had tried to pay them on line but with a nearly $100 dollar fee, I came to stand in this line. The teller was very nice but lowering this unreasonable fee would make paying this bill easier, quicker and more manageable for those on a fixed income.

Need to retire your tax collector and get someone that is friendly, kind and helpful... always ride and very grouchy and a typical reflection of this town. We pay taxes to have someone so rude is shameful , Need more friendly people at tax window , some of the personal can be very unfriendly.

The Stratford Town Hall is a beautiful building that houses great people! Mayor Laura Hoydik is really a mayor for all people, she's the best thing for Stratford!!
