Estoy muy satisfecha ya que mi hija le encanta el area es muy callada y tenemos una señora muy buena se llama Brenda y habla español estamos cerca de las escuela los policia los bomberos tremendo sitió para vivir ♥️?

Outside not the best looking but it's really quiet and safe which is all that matters in the long run (especially if you have kids). People are nice and the property management company is pretty solid from what ive experienced. Compared to what I've seen, this property is the best bang for your buck.

Good amount of space for the price. Although apartments are ild but still well kept. Laundry is in the basement mostly full with people clothes. Maybe there are less washing machines for the whole building. They charge for parking second car which is ridiculous.

Applied here, had an issue with the application, sent in what was needed, leasing agent said she was waiting to hear from her manager, then never heard from her again. I’ve called many, many times, went into the office, even left a voicemail with the manager and never heard back from anyone. Completely unprofessional. $100 down the drain.

So far I've had a great experience with Gail, our new property manager. Gail is attentive to my needs as a tenant and approachable with any concerns I may bring to her attention. She takes every opportunity to ensure my apartment unit is well maintained as far as necessary repairs. During business hours, I have always been able to reach Gail by phone and she returns calls in a timely manner if need be.

Besides the terrible property conditions as noted by other reviewers - I have have been moved out for almost 6 months and I have yet to receive my security deposit back.

Even after going through Small claims court in order to get a court order for them to reimburse me but I am still waiting and not getting responses on when I can be refunded money that is rightfully mine.

Find another place that will actually treat you as a valued tenant and not a checkbook

absolutely wonderful. quiet and clean.. well maintained. The property manager Gail is very attentive and gets things done. I would recommend Bradley Court Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live.
