Marni Jimenez has always been a pleasure to work with, this is our 2nd home sold and bought with her as our realtor. Herself and her team at Grove Realty go above and beyond! Shout out also to Naomi Aranda, who rain or shine, was there showing us homes we wanted to see?
This time around we didn't do the traditional way of sell then buy, we used a program (Homelight) with her and our amazing lender, Emily Hudson of RWM! Where we were able to buy our home before selling our primary home?
The program was all new to us and the whole process was explained to us from beginning to end. My experience with Marni and Windermere Tower Realty started with interviewing 3 realtors in the Riverside area. I was immediately a fan of Marni and her approach to selling our home. She listened to what we were looking to do, offered suggestions, then a plan of action. Our process wasn't simple, we had tenants that we need to provide a 60-day notice to that we were selling the house, which Marni advised on. We needed to completely renovate the home prior to selling, which Marni advised on and recommended a wonderful general contractor.
