This place is horrible , I took the managements word that this apartment would be ready to go for me and my 3 daughters , since the hurricane we’ve been living in hotels and with family members because our house flooded .. so with all of that going on I just paid the money without looking at it and taking the management company’s word but boy when I tell you guys this is a big lesson learned the apartment was disgusting roaches , dirty , cracks in the floor cracks in the ceiling , rusted fridge , soap still in the tub the tub was unbelievable.. so as I discover that this place was not ready I go immediately straight back to there office to tell them what I experienced, KAT tells me big mistake you shouldn’t pay for anything you don’t look at …mind you I went off of her colleges word so I said I wanted a refund because this wasn’t what was advertised so Kat again stated I’m don’t have to give you back anything , atp I’m starting to cry because I trusted them and how could you say something was ready when it wasn’t so I asked could I maybe go to another property they had and I can transfer my money over they agreed on Friday but told me to come back Monday which is today ! I got back I ask about the other property option now they don’t know what I’m talking about and Flo says if I move to another one of their properties that not all of money will be transferred whatever is left .. mind you guys I never moved into the first one I had to go and get a hotel for me and my daughters the same day I was moving , then I said can I just break the lease since I didn’t move in she told me they would take my whole deposit or when they lease the apartment take off money for however long it takes to lease it .. so I asked if I was to actually wait for the repairs to be done its not a day or 2 job this apartment is in bad shape and I have a new baby if they paint we will not be able to go in there right away … then I asked so you will take my money for someone to lease it out but you won’t give me anything if I have to wait on repairs ..so the owner walks out and says you’ve been told your options you need to leave very rude !!! And that he will call me at 3:30 so now I have to get another room for me in my daughters this is very difficult for me I think this is very unprofessional and unfair i will leave all of the pictures in the comments plus people only leave good reviews because they will give your application fee back which I didn’t receive either ! People are very nasty and only want money and this company shows !!!!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was very professional. Process was fast. I loved the vibe of the office. I want to think the young lady that showed me the apartment was named Flo/Flor she was wonderful big thanks to her

I moved out on June 30th 2024 and today is September 17th 2024, and they haven't returned my security deposit. I have only gotten a letter saying they will deduct a carpet cleaning fee and a move out fee and the rest they would give back. That letter was sent to me in July. I have called them and emailed them many times. All they say is that they don't know what's happening, that the owner is the only one who knows. They say his name in Mr. Taylor.

I’m looking at these reviews and the owner that is responding to all the negative comments always has a short answer. It seems as if every tenant is lying on the company and the company is always right. The owner says nothing about being sorry or taking accountability or anything but give smart and petty responses. I am in the market for a rental home but I won’t even dare try to rent from these people just based off the responses

I visited the winter Haven location and Amani provided an excellent tour of the property, very detailed. The feedback from my application was quick and within 3-5 hours followed by a phone call. At this stage of the process I am satisfied with the progress of my application and the service and would not hesitate to recommend the friendly staff at Village Reality. Thumbs up to Amani.

I really love The place it’s nice just perfect for me and my girlfriend. The area is nice. It’s close to my parents flor she really inform me about the place really makes me want to move in more. I hope all goes good Because I would really love for me and my girlfriend to move and give us a feeling and a look of our apartment makes me feel like Home again

I rented for them for a year and ran out the door once it was my time to renew. Reaching out to them is the worst you can take up days in order to get a response out of them. I received the house. Things were everywhere. It had a pink stain. They’re trying to claim to not give me my deposit that the house was dirty when I left it spotless better than I received it. would not recommend renting here, people are rude when and if they do get back to you. Like the other comments i would not rent.
