Terrible shop service and dishonest management. Took my BX in for a hydraulic leak as it had been dripping for a couple of seasons. I knew it would be expensive as most of the rear end had to be taken off to access the hydraulic tank/ pump. After a week I was told it was ready. Brought it back, cut the grass and in a few days it was leaking puddles not drops. Called service manager Shawn, they picked it up, kept it a week and found nothing wrong. All they did was observe. Bottom line is after the 2nd return visit, Burke has done nothing to find out why my BX leaks worse now than before I brought it in for repair and spent $1,800 Jeff, general manager. Burke Kubota. Authorized sales and service company.

I bought a Kubota Z422KWT-60 Zero Turn Mower 2 months prior from Burke Equipment and had nothing but an excellent and pleasant experience from start to finish. Since this was my first time buying and owning a zero-turn, I had no idea what to get. Luckily Joe Dickerson, helped me pick one based on my needs as well as the amount of land I needed to mow. He laid out a few options for me to choose from and didn't try to sell me on equipment that I didn't need. Joe was very transparent and explained everything to me from how to operate the mower, to the paperwork I was filling out, as well as answering all the questions I was throwing at him which puts a first-time buyer's mind very much at ease. Upon going to the Felton location, I was greeted by friendly staff members as well as a clean and organized facility.

Burke Equipment has my business and I would definite go back again!

I have been a customer of this dealership since 2016. I bought my m7060 tractor and loader a pallet fork and a Kubota gr2110 lawn tractor as well as chain saws and of course parts and oil . Recently my gr2110 developed a power take off issue I know it’s 6 years old but it only has 279 hours on the clock . We paid 7000$ for this machine in the hopes it would last unfortunately it didn’t . I contacted the Delmar store to ask to have the Kubota field representative look at the mower and explain to me how a mower that is only used 3 months a year and has only 279 hours could have this problem. I was told I needed to call Kubota and ask them to open a file on it .After calling Kubota I was informed I needed to work threw the dealer . Why would the people at the Delmar store give me the number to call if they have to request the representative. It’s a classic example of passing the buck back and forth. I’m glad that I found out this dealers true colors as when my farm needs replacement equipment in the future we certainly won’t be buying from them or the products they represent. They acted like I’m wrong to even suggest contacting Kubota even though it was low hour and a very expensive piece .

Patrick from Burke Equipment was a gem to work with. Last time I bought from him he gave my son a really cool hat he had taken a liken to and the second time he gave my other son a cool Kubota toy off his shelf. Just an all around great guy and I highly recommend him.

And imposition to move our truck and trailer to the stones bc your blacktop is being ruined by people parking on it! WTH? What did you put it in for? We were picking up a mower we had serviced and paying you money! And we were there 10 minutes. Who is the manager of this shop? Let's hope she runs this year after your service bc she didn't last year.

We have bought 2 bobcats and 1 lawnmower here. Kubota brand equipment is excellent. However, this dealer is horrible to work with. Everytime we go in here to buy a part for our equipment we are treated like gum on their shoes. They can barely manage to speak. I stopped in there today to buy parts. Once again, the guy at the parts counter did not speak when I approached the counter. After I said, "Hi, I need to order some parts for our lawnmower." He did not respond at all, he did not look away from the computer and he did not acknowledge that I was there or had spoken to him. After waiting about a minute for him to finish looking at his computer he stood up and muttered, "mower or deck?" I explained what I wanted prices on and again, he did not respond at all. He slapped down a diagram and still said nothing. Our entire experience went on like this. Over $300 later, I walked out with my parts ordered but so irritated that this is the only dealer around here.
