So here is the thing with equipment rental companies. They all have similar resources and equipment available in their catalogs and they all offer similar things like delivery and pickup and emergency services and after hours access. The key to getting extraordinarily value from a company like United Rental is building a set of relationships with the team(s) and sticking with them. That way they learn how to be the most help to your business - I have been able to do that for many years now.

All these guys are top notch in the industry and they will do what it takes to support your operating goals - but you have to build a team with them

The equipment is always well maintained and invoices are accurate (sometimes you need to ask them to bill you quicker) and pricing is fair. Everyone is accountable and if there is ever a problem they are quick to fix it.

Called for assistance with a matter and was rudely transferred with no response or update from representative I was speaking with, waited on hold for 10 minutes, and still never spoke with anyone. Very unprofessional staff

Customer service was amazing. They extended our time for renting the unit due to a mixup in the actual model. But everything turned out well. And, the equipment worked well. Definitely, my favorite equipment rental company.
