This rental company is one of the greatest rental companies I've ever worked with. They will work with you if you fall behind. If you have a problem in your apartment they will come out ASAP and fix it. I highly recommend renting from them I've been at my apartment 5 years now I never had an issue from them.

Tri-County Property Management Company is one of those companies you wished you would've found the first time you went looking for a place.

I found their property listing on Zillow that was falsely advertised as a house, but it was really just an apartment. I showed up to it, but they could not open the door to show the property. The staff there are very nice and professional so we discussed everything and they were adamant about helping me to find a place that felt just right for me.

The staff are patient, resourceful, and responsive. This means, if you have a question about a property, they have a quick turnaround. I give them 4 stars because this company is phenomenal and the only problem I really ran into was on our last agreement where they found two days before I was supposed to move in that I was not "eligible" to move into this property. I received a phone call from the owner who seemed to want to work something out, but could not.

We found Mike Cunningham from Tri-County Realty on Zillow, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. He was extremely responsive in a crazy seller's market, went out of his way to provide many virtual and additional showings, and he was great in negotiating terms with the other agent. He had that blunt honest quality you want in a professional, and we really felt like he had our best interest at heart. If the next home we buy is in Delaware, we're calling Mike.

I have never dealt with a receptionist with so much hostility in my life. And this is the person representing the company! She was inpecably rude for no reason. Now I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day...

But no... every conversation has been that way ever since. I have been polite, nice, even after being spoken to so brashly.... I asked, asked and asked again to speak to a manager, or ANYONE else... I was told, what the "manager" would say to me.. there was not one ounce of professionalism.. I can't even give a review about the rest of the company, I'd have to be allowed to speak with them.

Started renting a property at 411 west reed st back in August. When we went to meet Amanda to sign lease we noticed a few problems with the home. To start every floor in the house has slip to it back out side wall had snake nest and the siding was pulling away from the the house doors you can put you finger in and pop the locks. Nothing was done. After two more agencies came and inspected the house it failed once again they was notified of the problem plus the problem of counter pulling of wall mold all over back wall by sink and under the sink and in the living room mold growing on walls. Mold was growing all over our stuff we had in the drawers in the kitchen. Still nothing was done. According to rental agreement if the house became unlivable they would have to place us somewhere else well guess what nothing we are homeless with to kids under the age of 5 sounds like a place you would use.
