I highly recommend RPM to owners of rental houses. We are their clients for over seven years, and never had problems. RPM was fantastic to work with. The moving in / moving out process was very smooth. The team at RPM always communicated effectively. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. The maintenance crews or the vendors they work with all do good work. RPM uses AppFolio which made paying rent or filing maintenance requests really easy. My unit was in an HOA and RPM was good about managing that relationship. If you’re a home owner or renter, I definitely recommend working with RPM if you can.
