I have an insight home in Delaware. Hubby and I Love our home, we are located in Ellendale. However I’m coming up on a year in August and we are still waiting for our grass to be seeded. Which should have been done before we closed. My Big mistake was I trusted it would have been Done. After several phone calls and emails, NOTHING has been done. We had to come out of our pockets to have this done. Needless to say I’m not happy about having to put out $1800. The homes are Beautiful, But not enough to be neglected and ignored.

I have recently been reading some of the reviews posted for Insight Homes on google. I felt the need to communicate our experience. Our family is building a home with Insight Homes and Nicole Little, is our customer service rep. Throughout the entire process, Nicole has been nothing short of amazing. We receive photograph updates of our home weekly. She has also addressed any and all questions we have within 24/48 hours. I am fully aware she has many other clients but she continues to treat our family as if we are the only ones on her list. The few issues that have come up, Nicole has dealt with in not only a professional way but quickly. Most recently, we had a electrical issue. I actually think it was our mistake, but regardless, Nicole was not only quick to respond but was able to get the supplier to correct the problem with no delay. She even followed up to be sure we were satisfied.
I feel like people are too quick to complain and not as quick to send a compliment or even just a thank you. Some problems are bound to occur with this many moving parts. Consideration, patience and general kindness, can go a long way. Our family has other issues we are dealing with aside from the building of our house. It has helped my perspective by realizing what is truly important. Errors can be corrected and mistakes will happen. How you choose to deal with these issues, really determines not just the outcome but your individual happiness.
We are extremely satisfied with Insight homes and every employee we have worked with, has been professional and kind. Nicole Little, has been a dream to work with and it is hard to see others so quick to criticize. I would hope others can try to communicate personally prior to publically leaving negative reviews. Statements written on the internet, stay forever. Long after the issue has been resolved. I hope others can try to lead with kindness over negativity.

Gorgeous homes & well constructed.
Very pricey.
The cost has risen over 25 thousand within 2 weeks. Due to this rise, we've had to stop looking.
This neighborhood is fairly far out & away from shopping.
Bayliss community is closer to shopping & restaurants
