A few years ago I worked with Angel and he was very attentive and helpful but we decided to not sell at that time. So now a few years later decided to go for again with a few other reasons why. Reached out to Kimberly Rivera and at first she was great and explained all that was happening and then emails became scarce and I asked about 2 weeks ago to see if we could set up a walk through 11/12 and she's been MIA. Don't get me wrong I understand busy but this was - - I felt intentional. IDK if it was because of all the extra stuff I have going on but I have reached out to another realtor and so far so good. I even texted her and no response. Sad because I really wanted to give the Riveragroup another try but that ruined it for me. Wish them all the best and hope they don't do this to other prospects.

In the last year (2021-2022,) my husband and I have sold our home and then bought a home using The Rivera Group. We had a lot of anxieties and emotions buying and selling in that market, but because of Kim and Heather's (and the rest of their team) teamwork and extensive knowledge, we knew we were in good hands.
They were attentive to our concerns and made us feel like we were their only clients despite how busy we knew they were!
We bought the first and only house that Kim showed us, it was like she knew exactly what we needed, and we could not be happier in our new home!
