I recently sold my home in Branford FL. My experience with this company was extremely professional. The team working together had their work cut out for them. When I closed on my house back in 2020 the title company I used not ,Watson had made a mistake. My title to my home didn’t match the numbers to my house. This caused issues for me to sell. Haley Woodard and Dan Monteau went above and beyond to get this deal done! This team took my dilemma head on and treated me like family! They were able to fix the situation extremely fast. If there’s a team you need by your side in the market I highly recommend them. They handled all of this while I was out of town working in Texas. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and commitment for the task at hand.

If you’ve had a bad experience with salesman (realtors), or heard of someone having a bad experience, I’m here to inform you that those rumors still hold true with Watson Realty. I wound not recommend this company to sell or buy another home.
I purchased a home in the Grand Oaks community with William Weseman construction, and was involuntary obligated to work with Watson Realty. From day one I was given false information regarding veteran tax benefits for the state of Florida. Communication with the realtor was so bad I had to call the main office to correct issues with communication. As a salesman your entire job is working closely with your customer and making sure their needs are met. Realtors also formed an inappropriate relationship with the home builder William Weseman, which in turn shifts the focus from (the realtors) advocating for their client to (the realtors) working with their friend (William) placing the client second.
The home builder attempted to short my home on a kitchen cabinet on the center island. Instead of advocating for myself, the realtor continually asked me and my wife, “what do you want to do?”. Well, how about let’s install the appropriate number of cabinets that we are paying for!? Instead of identifying the problem and fixing it promptly we were left with trying to solve the problem ourselves.
After closing we still had several items that needed to be fixed on our, “new” home. Email after email after email (to the realtor), nothing ever got fixed. I never got a follow up email from the realtor to see if items I requested to be fixed had actually been fixed. As a new home owner nothing feels more like a slap in the face that a realtor getting their paycheck and taking off. After complaining too many times I was finally given a list of the vendors which I had to call directly to get the items fixed in my home. I may as well have sold myself my entire house. I requested to build a fence at my own expense and the realtor continually fought me on how the fence needed to be built without being able to show proof in writing how to backup his claims. Was told that, “I would lose” if I wanted to build my fence. Fences are now being build in the neighborhood in the exact same way I requested to build my fence. Again the realtor was advocating for the builder.
Watson Realty made home buying a painful experience. You should hire people who have common sense, who are personable, and who focus more on providing customer service to their clients rather than cashing in a paycheck after the sale.

Van Alexander was absolutely wonderful to work with! We were moving to an area that we were unfamiliar with. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs as a family, get to know us, familiarize us with different areas in Gainesville, and was patient, informative, and responsive through the whole process. Donna Bostwick at Watson Realty was amazing! Her extensive knowledge and experience of real estate in Gainsville was so helpful to us buying from out of state. She has great connections, too, which made the process so much easier! Jessica Williams and the team at Watson Realty are so amazing.
I have made one of their rental properties home for the last 2 1/2 years. Kyle Wilson was the perfect Realitor for me and my family who was helping me. When we all
were talking one day my family and Kyle discovered they knew one another from High School. It made us all closer; It was fun. Best of all , Kyle realized and worked hard to find me a place close to family. He always got back to me when I called to ask questions or help.
Watson's office was very helpful as well. I asked about movers and got a name. They were super ! My family was at the new house when the movers arrived with all the stuff. They were impressed- and so was I. Thank you all for making this a good move.
