In 2020 we lost the last of my husband's parents. We had their home that needed to be sold. We had worked with Denise Cottrell
in the past and found her to be an honor, pleasure, professional, get the job done, always available to answer any questions that came up in 2017 with the sale of some property. So, we called her again for the homestead to be sold. She did a wonderful job in staging the house, giving us the knowledge as to the process of the sale, and did a fabulous job showing during that horrible time of covid restrictions. The pictures that were placed on websites were professionally done. Denise is great to work with: always return our calls, (if not available at the time we called), prompt to meetings, full of knowledge of the area and great to work beside. Denise had the house well marketed and it sold quickly. Denise even had housewarming gifts for the buyer. We had his brother from out state that she kept informed every step of the way. Denise gave pointers for the outside yard as well.
Should we decide to sale in the future it is Denise Cottrell we will be calling!

I would like to Thank one of your great young Realtors. Kelly Bruno. She has a great personality and hits the ground running. She answers all questions and gives every bit of information needed for a great showing and closure.
We listed a Condo at Atlantic Gardens and in 6 days? we had a cash offer and a wonderful lady to buy it. A professional photographer came and took photos that really showed off the assets and every corner of the 600 Sq feet Condo.
Kelly did a wonderful job and she walked my husband through the whole process of getting information to her that was needed. Both my husband and I appreciated that she was there for us every step of the way as we live in Indiana and the Condo was in Cape Canaveral. We will have closing at our home in Indiana and all will be electronically done within minutes. Even the wiring of the monies to our account at our bank locally.
