Oh man, The Sunshine team. When I say the world brought us together, I mean it.

My family and I have been in the same home for the last 25 years. Moving to a new area was not what we wanted to do, and we were not excited.

We started going to open houses while waiting on ours to sell and met Sherry and Rob. If you’ve met them, then you already know, they are magnetic.

Sherry is exact what she claims, a ball of sunshine, and Rob.. Well Rob thrives in the sun. The two compliment each other well when it came to letting us have our heads in the clouds a bit but keeping our feet on the ground. Never once complaining about how are “must haves” were constantly changing, returning to the same houses over and over, and even backing out after one inspection. In the end, we ended up in a place that feels meant for us and we couldn’t be more in love with it and this new chapter.

On our closing date, The Team had bought us a plethora of welcome gifts on the counter. Along with plenty of gift cards for surrounding businesses so we could get to know our new area. Christmas rolled around and they came by and dropped off a christmas basket. Overall just some really incredible people, who we’d recommend to anyone buying around here.

Buying a new house can be really daunting, so you might as well be in good company.

We are from Pennsylvania and had been looking all over Florida before deciding the Gulf Coast was for us. From there, we began watching, and then subscribed the Sunshine Sherry YouTube channel.

We called one evening and she not only answered, but she also talked with us at length!!

We took 3 short visits (just a few days) exclusively for looking. Sherry had picks and we had our picks. Sherry explained pros and cons, we saw them in person too, and this helped us rule out things we hadn't realized initially being from another climate.

Sherry and Rob spent their weekends taking Bob and I to tour many homes. They shared great places know about and to eat in Cape Coral and Punta Gorda.
