Entered into a sales contact May 1, 2024. Subsequent activity since that time, seven plus months, four (4) showings. Three (3) of the showings were the same individual, fourth was an agent.
When questioned on the lack of showings our agents stated they are actively marketing the property. Since listing the property there have been 186 home and condo sales in our zip code (source realtor.com).
When asked, multiple occasions, on their marketing efforts, materials and dates, no details were provided. They did however state, “we market to agents, that’s where the buyers come from”. This philosophy ensures payment of your realtors commission as well as the cooperating broker.
Would have preferred additional marketing efforts other than listing the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Prior to selecting a real estate agent would recommend anyone do their due diligence.

While I cannot speak on the company ethics, this particular agent and her husband Joel, who claims to be a broker/agent as well, has done borderline fraudulent practices with some of their clients. A year ago, my mother was promised to be approved of a home loan by Joel if given a cash amount of 12,500 USD. I have never heard of a real estate agent ask for money up front just to have a loan approved. After the money was given in cash, at a private home address in Naples mind you, everything seemed like it was moving forward with the home buying process. This is where Melissa comes in, she sends my mother via email, house listings and documents to sign. Time goes on, and nothing ever really was completed or anything. Once my mother starts asking questions as to why nothing is being done, Joel than says he requires MORE money so she can be approved, not the original amount that they had agreed upon. We have video proof of him acting hostile to my mom via phone call saying to no longer call him and that he was not going to help my mother anymore. That was 2022. This is when Joel stops answering his phone all together. Fast forward to 2023 April, Joel finally answers his phone and says he will refund all the money in instalments. It is Aug now and we have not received a single dime and again Joel does not answer his phone. When I finally find out Melissa's number via Google, she says she does not know who I'm talking about and I need to get in contact with Joel, told me that I'll be on hold and immediately hung up. To be quite honest with you, the whole interaction she just seemed very guilty and denied everything. Even to emailing my mother anything.

My mother was scammed by these two people. The company and clients should be aware of these actions. While Joel does not work for them, Melissa does. And she knows what Joel is doing. And who knows, how long they've been doing this for. Scamming people out of their hard earned money when they are just trying to make something for themselves. Melissa, you should be ashamed of yourself and we WILL be taking legal action against you and Joel.

OK, I am a REALTOR at Premiere Plus Realty and testimonials can come from anyone.

At this time of year I am very busy and sometimes asked to wear different hats to help my buyers close on the single family homes or condos they have chosen here in Naples. What I want to share with you is that I just could not get my closings on time without the help of the fantastic staff at Premiere Plus Realty like Marlo, and Karen. Not to mention my broker David Gallus and Eric. Support is so important and actually I do not know how they manage to be there for my many questions when they have 1000 plus other agent/associates having similar questions. And technology; Premiere Plus is constantly introducing me to the latest in internet tools. In my almost 20 years in the industry I too, at this time, have seen many changes but not to worry because I have the best support staff to keep me ahead of the curve.

Our downtown office brings me closer to my customers in Old Naples, Aqualane, Port Royal, Park Shore and the Moorings.

When I start my Real Estate day I do it knowing Premiere Plus Realty is working with me.
