Melinda and Paul are really extraordinary real estate professionals. They helped us find a new house that we love in a fantastic neighborhood in Naples. We were new to Naples (coming from DC) and didn't "know the lay of the land." Melinda and Paul took charge and really helped us to zero in on some listings that nicely matched up with our criteria. Melinda helped oversee the construction of our house while we were in DC and served as our "eyes and ears on the ground." She was very quick and responsive when we had issues or questions. She took pictures along the way and shared them. Both have also been terrific about passing along info re service providers, handymen, retailers, etc. We were fortunate that we identified Melinda and Paul and ended up working with them.
