Kaylee was wonderful, she helped us with everything we needed and ultimately negotiated a deal on our behalf and got us the land of our dreams!! She also got us in touch with builders, contractors, survey, power ect. to start us on the fast tract to build our home. My husband and I are looking to move soon due to our current home owners would like to put it on the market. We began our search on Zillow and found a lovely 3bd 2bth home on Ego. I called Donna Duran to take a look at it and she was rude from the start. She asked when I could meet and I said I was free all day. Her next comment was she didn't even know what time it was. But I still wanted to see the house so we met at 11. She was a couple minutes late but that was okay. What was not okay was her demeanor. She was rude, negative, and unprofessional. She didn't have any applications with her. She made comments that she didn't like the lay out of the home. And did nothing to show me the home. When I asked her how much the security deposit was she asked me what the rent was. It was an awful experience but I loved the little home. My husband is in the Air Force and I work in the medical industry so we are not hurting for money at all. But coming up with $2,500 in two weeks is a little difficult for just about anyone. So we asked if we could pay the security deposit in two payments which she complained about. Then I asked if we pay the security deposit and pet fee and replace the very dated (from the 90s) appliances with brand new stainless steel as a first months rent and she didn't even ask the owners listen to what I was saying or anything she said no and just about hung up on me. She had a 1 star rating on zillow from a year ago with almost the exact same issues I dealt with her and she had a negative rating here from 4 years ago, she obviously hasn't changed much in 4 years. Tip Donna, if you don't like your job, find a new one!
