Mike Powell was great! He helped us understand the complex HOA fees associated with condos about which we were clueless. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Shane Wilson, he has earned the Nickname "Waterfront Wilson", he knows South West Florida and the Keys better than anyone we have ever met. He helped us find our dream home 5 years ago, and helped us sell the home from long distance when it was time for us to move on. He has been such a valuable resource and we think of Shane and his team as family now. When we return to Florida, Shane will be the first person we call for our home and lifestyle needs. Linda and I are so fortunate to have Shane Wilson during our search for a Winter home in the Florida Keys. The problem is we live in Michigan, and buying a home sight unseen, in the booming Florida real estate market, can be difficult. But having Shane is like having a Key’s real estate insider who’s a friend!

Our Story: We called Shane in the morning about a home we were hot on, and a few hours later Linda and I were having a private walk through of our dream Keys home via FaceTime.
