Since fired by me, rental agent and seldom sales agent BRIDGET FORD states (when asked of her by me): “Did you place the FOR SALE sign on the property yet”?
Her response: “No, it costs $100”.
She then states “I’m not willing to put out $100 for the sign and $200 for the photographer for a place that may not sell”
Not only an appalling statement, but highly unprofessional. The above quotes from documented text messages.

I contacted the owner of the brokerage,,
Steve Forbes. To date, NO RESPONSE.
Inconceivable that a BROKERAGE could stay in business with behavior like this company.

I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS EVER AGAIN!

I found them arrogant AND unnecessarily argumentative, even stubbornly misrepresenting my home when I pointed out the obvious errors they were stating in the marketing materials.

I found their representation so horrendous and argumentative that I agreed to pay the <$6.4K> they DEMANDED to let me out of the listing contract. Ultimately it was worth it to get away from them.

Worst real estate experience ever. And I've purchased and sold several homes.

I DEEPLY REGRET doing business with this brokerage firm. I would not feel comfortable referring them to anyone. It has been 4 weeks since I requested to be released from my listing agreement and they are demanding $9,211. to do so. And I'm STILL contractually tied to them. This real estate experience has been worse than I could have ever imagined.
