Called the city’s waste department to tell them the garbage man kept putting my garbage can back in the wrong yard for weeks which resulted in getting lost or stolen. I called to replace my garbage can and explained the problem and they wanted to charge me for a new one which is wrong! Terrible service, terrible!! ?

Deltona FL has always been the pit of cities around this area they never take care of reports they get like for instance I called 3 months ago I called city hall wast management and told a man who was in a pick up city vehicle he did work for the water company but still he is a city worker so my complaint for the city of Deltona there have been to abandoned tires on Radcliffe in between Covewood and Lombardy went that was this morning and they are still there. So city of Deltona get off your bums and go pick up the trash

We spent little time visiting Deltona due to being on our way to Daytona from Orlando. Even with little time there we can visit a calm, very nice, very peaceful, very beautiful city, although we did not visit some tourist attractions such as parks and lakes there, but it was worth the time spent visiting Deltona.

Nate at the Building/Permitting Department is extremely helpful and informative.

As a Contractor, it’s so important to have someone at the City or County understand what Homeowners and Contractors deal with on a day to day basis. Working for any municipality can sometimes be a thankless job. Here’s a big thanks to both the City of Deltona and Nate aka Nathaniel in particular!!
